The following questions should be considered if you want to plan a micro brewery.

Please complete this questionary as much as possible. It will assist us in preparing a suitable proposal for you.

In which country, state and town will the brewery be installed ?:

In what kind of building will the brewery be placed(existing or new) ?

What space is available for the whole brewery ?

How many rooms are available ?

What are the heights of the rooms ?

In how many floors will the items of the brewery be installed ?

Will the brewhouse, tanks or others be placed in the centre of pub ?

Are drawings of the rooms and building available ?

How large is the maximum opening for bringing-in the brewhouse, tanks and further machinery ?

What yearly capacity is projected ?

What kind of mashing process do you want to use(infusion, decoction etc.)?

Would you prefer an one-vessel-compact brewhouse or an two-vessel brewhouse with separate whirlpool or an other kind of brewhouse ?

How should the brewhouse be heated ? With steam, fired by oil or gas burner or electricity ? (using electricity heating will be done indirectly via a water bath).

If steam heating is required, should an steam generator be offered ?

All product leading parts as well as other steel components of the brewery will be made of stainless steel. But how about the optical appearance for the brewhouse vessel(s) ?

With copper domes and copper/brass claddings or modern stainless steel version ?

Do you want to use a special condensator for vapour condensation and heat recovery ?

How should the brewhouse be operated ? controlled by push button control and visiualization by lighted flow diagramme with or without mash automation or computer controlled ?

Will the tanks be placed in cooled rooms or must they be cooled individually ?

Do you want to have individual temperatur control for every tank ?

What kind of fermentation vessel do you prefer ? Open tuns, tanks or zylindro-conical tanks ?

What kind of storage tanks do you prefer ? Horizontal or vertical tanks or cylindro-conical tanks ?

Do you want to use uni-tank system ?

What fermenting and storing times are you planning ?

Will the beer be filtered ?

Do you want to have a CIP-plant ?

Do you want to have a fixed stainless steel piping system of all units ?

Will you draw beer directly from pressure tanks for dispensing ?

Will beer also be filled into bottles, siphons, partykeg and or kegs ?

Do you need a water treatment unit ?

Do you have specially desires ?
